Is Budgetsplit free?
Yes. The free plan has no daily limits and no ads: your personal space, one group you own, unlimited entries and splits, budgets, reports and a monthly check-in. Plus adds more when you need it.
Does Budgetsplit hold or move my money?
No. It records what you enter and works out who owes whom. You pay each other however you like, then record the payment.
Who can see what I add?
Only the members of the group you add it to. Your personal space is only for you. We don't sell your data or show advertising.
Which devices does it work on?
Any modern browser, and Android phones. An iPhone app is on the way; until then the web app works well in Safari.
Can I use it on my own?
Yes. Your personal space is private: nobody else can join it or see it.
